Artwork & Approvals
Production begins only after the client provides written approval of the final design proof. Accolix is not responsible for spelling, layout, or design errors approved by the client.
Custom Orders & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-manufactured, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are quoted based on material, quantity, and design complexity. Full or partial advance payment is required to initiate orders.
Delivery & Shipping
While we ensure timely dispatch, Accolix is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.
Damages & Claims
Any claims regarding damaged or defective items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery alongside photo proof for replacement or repair evaluation.
